Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with professional office clients

• Conduct site assessments and create customized cleaning solutions

• Manage your team of cleaners and ensure quality service delivery

• Conduct quality inspections and spot-checks to maintain our 95%+ satisfaction goal

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your client accounts

• Track performance metrics and client feedback through our management systems
